I need a realy good low volume solar water pump system. This is for a hand dug well.?

This pump will cancel the water about 40 feet into a storage tank and cut off when full. The well is only 25 feet abstruse with 20 feet of water head and the shaft is 5 feet by 5 feet on an equal footing. The pump also needs protection when working dry. Thanks for any help.
