Are the hinges for a frameless glass shower door just as secure and safe as a glass door with top frame?

Hello everybody! We get a window pane for our enclosure corner shower. I really want the frameless glass using only the hinges, but I keep hearing the door mirror with the frame along the top is more secure and will not swing door.

If no frame is built correctly, it should not float. Units of frameless glass is usually thicker than framed glasses. The responsibility of large pieces of glass which means that anyone selling their organs should be easy for the eye to engineering.
