Why have plants under my cfl grow-light developed a red tinge on the leaves?

I have a 125watt cfl in the glum spectrum (for vegetation). The seedlings i have started off under the light (frangipani, celeb anise, hibiscus, chico) have all developed a strong red tinge on the leaves closest to the find, I have never seen this before although it is the first
