I was in a specific Chinese restaurant and they had what looked like a Christmas tree-Chinese that was orange with gold and had to restrict Chinese characters on it. Is this what is called a Chinese wishing tree? I'm curious.
i what you saw is a small tree, probably 4 feet tall, more or less, with few branches and leaves and mostly lots of fruits, fine as oranges hanging on its branches? he has seen many rule when Chinese New Year is approaching.

He established the Three People’s Principles of China in 1923, which became part of the founding doctrine of not only Chiang Kai-shek’s Republic of China, but was also adopted by Mao Zedong’s Communist superintendence.
The 3 Principles are the Principles of Minzu, Minquan, and Minsheng. Brutally translated, they refer to ‘direction of the people, by the people, and for the people.’
Minzu: that there would be a direction uniting the ethnicities of China through a constitution, rather than one dominating royal empire. Minquan: that the people of China would have a spokesperson in command through voting, rescind, first move and referendum. and Minsheng: that the administration would call the people, not the other way around.
In 1920s China this was a insurrectionist concept, closely. Sun lived a wonderful life-force, starting out as a unoriginal-city doctor before becoming politically acting, and ending up President of the Republic of China. He died of liver cancer in 1925.
