Is it bad karma to kill mice that can't be trapped in the house and released to the wild?

I shine in the Hollywood hills and there are occasional mouse enters the house and I could really trap them and release. However, recently, I think because of rain, I had a lot come in.
Mice are vermin. Yes, they are vermin bit tricky but still vermin. They carry diseases. You can stop and call it self-defense.

The bear was so pleasant and it is not buggy but if we had the lead back door. This allows the cats to get in and out at will and fantasy has been accepted once again face to love!
